Hello! I am Prajwal, a final-year graduate student at Carnegie Mellon University.
I work at the intersection of robust perception and learning-based control, building embodied robotic systems that generalize and deploy in the real world.
My MRSD project (Zenavatar) built an end-to-end humanoid tote logistics system integrating perception, manipulation, RL-based locomotion, and planning into a unified, deployment-ready stack. In summer 2025, I interned at Nissan extending the system’s visual and manipulation capabilities using vision-language-action models.
My past research includes domain generalization for autonomous vehicle and aerial perception, specifically semantic segmentation. At the Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Lab (AIRL), Indian Institute of Science (IISc), I was advised by Prof. Suresh Sundaram, where I worked on computer vision and robotics projects focused on robust real-world deployment.
