Hello! I am Prajwal, a second year MRSD student at Carnegie Mellon University! I am interested in robot perception, physical intelligence, and generalization in neural architectures, with the goal of expediting real-world deployment of robotic systems.

My MRSD project (Zenavatar) tackled end-to-end humanoid tote logistics integrating perception, manipulation, locomotion with RL, and planning into a unified, deployment-ready system. Over the summer of 2025 I interned at (Nissan) extending the visual and manipulation capabilities of the project with VLAs.

My past research includes domain generalization for autonomous vehicle and aerial perception, specifically semantic segmentation. At the Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Lab, (AIRL), Indian Institute of Science (IISc), I was advised by Prof. Suresh Sundaram, where I worked on computer vision and robotics projects focused on robust real-world deployment.

Recently, at CMU I have been working on general autonomy and long-horizon tasks for humanoids.
